The 2009 edition of ADR introduces significant changes to the Drivers Instructions in Writing (Tremcard). The new format will be mandatory from 1/1/2009 for European journeys and, following publication of the UK Carriage Regs 2009, from 1/7/2009 for domestic journeys.

The new 4 page format covering all dangerous goods will have to be provided by the operator NOT the consignee.
