A short course (1½ hours) designed to heighten people’s
security awareness. As well as the obvious concerns over the theft of
the vehicle and / or goods, a vehicle carrying dangerous goods could
become a weapon in the hands of a terrorist.
Who should attend?
Drivers of vehicles carrying dangerous goods above the thresholds in ADR require to have security training (ADR Chapter 1.10). It makes sense that all personnel involved in the transport operation have some security training.
